Dear Patients and Friends of Art of Health,

I want you to know that I have accepted an offer as medical director for California Pacific Medical Center, an academic medical center in San Francisco. I am excited about this leadership opportunity and look forward to my next professional venture. I will be moving to California at the end of this year and sadly, will be unable to continue my Art of Health practice in Dallas.

All patient records will remain at 6220 Campbell Road, Suite 203, Dallas, Texas 75248 with Deborah Pyne, D.O. who has relocated her practice from Plano, Texas, to this location. You may request a copy of your medical records by completing Authorization to Release Medical Information form and mailing it back to 6220 Campbell Road, Suite 203, Dallas, Texas 75248.
